With a warm heart, we are offering our apartment for sale. We have lived here with immense joy over the past ten years. During our search for a home, this apartment immediately stood out. It felt different right away. The beautiful natural light, the authentic elements throughout the building, the elegant glasswork, the characterful flooring, and the charming original kitchen cabinets instantly gave us that feeling of coming home. Love at first sight, without a doubt. The warm, inviting atmosphere makes this a place with a soul. The location has also always been a tremendous asset for us: a lively, creative neighbourhood with many great spots within easy reach. Our weekends often started at the biodynamic bakery just around the corner—their terrace is wonderful in summer! A bit further along, Caffènation has been a go-to place for a relaxed coffee moment, again with a lovely terrace. With our son, we regularly headed to the nearby Harmoniepark for a relaxed breakfast at Nives, while the children enjoyed the playground. The Stadspark is also literally around the corner—it has been our regular spot for walks, playtime, and jogging. We hope the next residents will experience as much happiness and create as many beautiful memories here as we have.
